This isn’t random “stretch and breathe.” We expose and fix the habits destroying your posture.

No Crunches. No Nonsense. Build a Core for Life, Not Just Looks

Modern life destroys your abs, glutes, and back. “Ab classes” are a joke. We use GymnasticBodies progressions to reawaken every muscle that sitting and stress have turned off—front, side, and deep stabilizers.

What You’ll Get:

  • Deep, anti-extension/rotation strength
  • Bulletproof spine and back
  • Every drill progressed/regressed for your level
  • Pain relief, posture, and athletic movement

Handstand Foundations (In Studio & Virtual)

Not Yoga. Not a Circus Trick. This Is Real Handstand Training.

Yoga “handstands” are dangerous and incomplete. We start with the GymnasticBodies system: shoulder opening, wrist and core strength, alignment, and confidence—then build up to safe, controlled inversions, at your pace.

What You’ll Get:

  • World-class alignment, balance, and control—not just “kicking up and hoping for the best”
  • Safe progressions for total beginners and advanced
  • Learn to fall safely, bail out, and progress without ego

Legs of IRON (In Studio & Virtual)

Build Athletic Legs—No Machines, No Bullshit

Most leg routines fail in real life. We build bulletproof knees, hips, and ankles—single-leg strength, joint mobility, and balance for any age, background, or starting point.

What You’ll Get:

  • Pistol squat progressions, single-leg drills, dynamic balance
  • Mobility and strength for running, squatting, jumping, living pain-free
  • Every rep is real—no “junk volume,” no machines needed

Rings & Rungs (In Studio & Virtual )

Ditch the TRX. Get Real Upper Body and Grip Strength

We use real gymnastic rings and stall bars—not suspension trainers or cable machines. You’ll build strength, mobility, tendon health, and movement skill at every level.

What You’ll Get:

  • Progressions/regressions for all levels
  • Skill plus strength: scapular control, hollow body, muscle-ups (eventually)
  • Full upper body and grip, bulletproofed

If You Want Results, Build Your Setup—We’ll Show You How

Pull-up bar and rings are minimum. Stall bars/squat rack/hanging point = bonus. No gear? We’ll adapt, but don’t expect elite results with zero investment.

What You’ll Get:

  • Serious upper body, grip, and core strength
  • Progressions using what you have, with clear road map for upgrades
  • No fluff, no shortcuts—just results for people willing to work

Q: Is this safe for beginners, older adults, or those with injuries?
A: Yes. Every class is built with progressions and regressions for every drill—backed by clinical rehab, not just fitness hype.

Q: How is this different from yoga, pilates, or HIIT?
A: We combine loaded flexibility, strength, and joint health. Yoga and passive stretching create instability and injury. Our system builds active control and lifelong pain-free movement.

Q: Do I need to be flexible to start?
A: Absolutely not. Most of our clients start stiff, in pain, or post-injury. This is exactly who we help.

Q: What if I have no equipment?
A: Start with what you have (mat, blocks, floor space). We adapt every drill and provide a clear plan for adding gear as you go.
