Fix your foundation.
If your feet, ankles, or wrists are beat up, the rest of your body pays for it.
Good for: plantar fasciitis, “bad ankles,” calf tightness, bunions, wrist pain, weak grip.
Desk De-Stress (Neck + Shoulders + Posture)
Reverse desk posture.
Your neck and shoulders shouldn’t feel locked all day.
Good for: neck tension, shoulder tightness, headaches, upper-back stiffness, jaw tension patterns.
Morning Mashup
Full-body reset.
Strength + mobility without wrecking you.
Good for: “tight everywhere,” stress bodies, travel bodies, total tune-ups.
Gymnastic Flexibility: Middle Split
Open tight hips the safe way.
Not passive stretching. You build strength in new range.
Good for: tight adductors/groin, hip pinching, squat limitations, low-back crankiness from stiff hips.
Gymnastic Flexibility: Thoracic Bridge
Open your upper back and shoulders—without dumping into your low back.
Good for: stiff thoracic spine, shoulder restriction, “bridge hurts my back,” desk posture.
Gymnastic Flexibility: Front Split
Fix the front side that sitting destroys.
Hip flexors + quads + hamstrings—trained with control.
Good for: tight hip flexors, anterior hip tightness, stride limitations, knee/hip/back irritation tied to stiffness.
GymnastCore
A core that protects your back.
No crunch marathons. Real trunk control.
Good for: back flare-ups, weak bracing, poor pelvic control, posture collapse under stress.
Handstand Foundations
Not a party trick. Shoulder + wrist + core training.
Safe progressions. Adult joints respected.
Good for: overhead confidence, wrist capacity, shoulder control, skill-based strength.
Legs of IRON
Strong knees, hips, and ankles.
Single-leg strength + balance + mobility.
Good for: knee discomfort, hip weakness, running durability, stairs strength, “legs feel unstable.”
Rings & Rungs (Studio + Virtual)
Real upper body strength.
Rings + stall bars progressions. Scap control. Grip. Tendon health.
Good for: shoulder strength, posture support, pulling strength, “I want real bodyweight strength.”
FAQ
Is this safe for beginners or older adults?
Yes. Everything has regressions and progressions. You’ll be coached through the right level.
Do I need to be flexible to start?
No. Most people start stiff. That’s the point.
How is this different from yoga, Pilates, or HIIT?
We build active control in new ranges, then strengthen it. Not random intensity. Not just stretching.
Do you offer virtual options?
Yes—some classes are offered virtual, and we adapt movements if you’re training at home or traveling.
