I built Evolve To Fit because I’ve seen where this ends.

I spent 11 years as a firefighter/paramedic. I watched strong people break down—slowly and then suddenly.

The common thread wasn’t weakness.
It was stress + poor mechanics + years of compensation.

Most people don’t realize they’re breaking down…
until they can’t do what they used to do.

I’m not guessing. I rebuilt myself first.

I’ve dealt with real injuries and real recovery—inside and outside the gym.

And I’ve lived the “high performer trap”:
keep pushing, keep grinding, ignore signals… until the body forces the issue.

That’s why my coaching is simple:
Fix the pattern first. Then build strength on top of it.
